Our body shape are predetermined by the area where fat is stored in your body. 2 the most common body shape for women are actually the "pear shaped" and "apple shape."

Pear-shaped body described women with a thick bottom. Usually the fat is stored below the waist areas such as hips, thighs and bottom.

Apple-shaped body described women with too heavy. Usually, they have belly fat or stomach. Fat is stored in the midsection of the body such as the stomach, abdomen and thorax.

Getting rid of unwanted fat in your body and get a perfect body shape?
